Service Description

Copper House Events accommodate up to 75 guests (If our entire home + back garden are activated). Our upstairs level can accommodate 25 Adults, Our Basement studio can accommodate 25 adults and our outside back garden can accommodate 25 guests. A Copper House Event is whole house rental and includes: -5 hours of event space usage ($100/hour for additional time) -5-Hours of Wood for bonfire + fireplace ($10/bundle after) -Kitchen, Outdoor grill, linens, access to cutlery, cups and plates -AV Support (speaker system, Projector and screen for outdoor space) -Smoking Accessories -2 team members available for 5-hour event staffing (hosting, serving, set up, tear down) -Sponsor Concierge Service (we can support your outreach to sponsors)

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation & Deposit Policy All reservations will be handled in accordance with our Credit Vouchers Policy. Credit vouchers are issued to any guest who needs to change their initial reservation within 14-days of the original booking date. Please notify us by email within 24 hours of initial booking if there are any potential changes to the reservation. Reservation Credit Vouchers are non-transferable, non-amendable, the voucher extends the reservation period four (4) days. All payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. CH requires full payment or deposits for reservations booked at our home. Payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. For overnight accommodations we will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card the guest provided at time of booking. Event and gathering bookings require a deposit which we will charge to the credit card the guest provided at time of booking. Guests are required to notify us by email within 24 hours of initial booking if there are any potential changes to their reservation, because we DO NOT offer a cancellation or refund policy. All guests are given a four (4) day reservation credit voucher in the event of a cancellation to reserve a future date. Four (4) day reservation credit vouchers are non-transferable; any changes MUST be paid in full and subject to the reservation modification fee. Non-Refundable Reservations – NO EXCEPTIONS No Shows and Early Departures Reservations made over the Holiday Higher Rate Special Dates i.e. sports opening day, NAIAS, etc. Minimal Night Stay Requirements High Season – May, June, July, August, & September Discounted Reservations, Specials Occasions Events Reservations made using Discounts, Coupons, Voucher, and Gift Certificates, etc. Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)- such as HomeAway, Expedia,, etc. Reservations that include packages or add-ons. We recommend travel insurance for occasions of cancellation. Since life and the weather can be unpredictable, we recommend that guests protect their travel investment.
